Ayumi Nasuda, a young travel nurse who is highly proud and straightforward in his words and actions. He is an excellent nurse who worked in the U.S. as an "NP (Nurse Practitioner)." However, due to "certain circumstances," he returned to Japan, where "nurses do as doctors ask..." is still the norm, and he meets a mysterious legendary nurse.

The legendary nurse who becomes Ayumi‘s partner is Shizuka Kuki. He “quietly” cleans all the time, to the extent that he is even mistaken as a janitor. However, his is a super nurse with overwhelming skills!
