Do you know the job of a "marshal"? It is a typical "hated official". When a court decision is not carried out, this state official raids businesses and homes, confiscating personal belongings. One day, Hikari accidentally witnesses Marshal Obara unilaterally confiscating her neighbor's personal belongings. She is stunned by the heartless and ruthless act, but by coincidence, she ends up working as his assistant.
