Two detectives, Shunsuke Yamashita and Keiichi Tashiro, are transferred to the Shinjuku Chuo Police Station to help get rid of crime. They have been assigned to the newly formed Special Investigations Division.
Shunsuke does not care about the details and speaks before he thinks. Keiichi has a strong sense of justice and is passionate about what he does. The two personalities clash each time they take on a new case, but their hate for crime and their love for justice is the same. At times they will risk their lives, and in the end, their cooperation will lead to another successful arrest.
