Ryuhei Agawa has been devotedly in love with Tamaki Musashibara, his neighbor who is ten years older, since he was a child. However, Tamaki has always treated him as a "brother-like family member". Despite confessing his feelings twice during his middle school and high school, he was never taken seriously by Tamaki.
