She is ready to go anywhere any time without much forethought or consideration for herself. Her buddy, Risa Narumi, is a letter-philia with very high intellectual capability. She is a true expert in analyzing documents, and her exceptional skill enables her to detect the character and thoughts of the writer from what he/she has written even if it is a short phrase.
Their characters are almost total opposites, but together they start to realize what they have in common. The assignment given to them is solving cold cases.
