Daiba Jin, a.k.a. Damajin, the ace inspector who belongs to Section 2 of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Investigation Department, rushes to the scene quicker than anyone else and solves the case with his powerful skills. He is the strongest (or the worst?) hot-blooded inspector. One day, he discovers that the perpetrator of a series of child abductions and murders is a former senior police officer. Daimajin cannot easily arrest the former senior police officer due to the nature of the police organization, which protects its own people, thus Daimajin takes it upon himself to punish and kill the officer. Police Superintendent Saimon Hirayasu, head of the Special Investigation Task Force, sees through Daimajin's crime and, instead of keeping quiet about the crime, Saimon offers Daimajin to work for him and take care of the criminals in secret, in which the state and the police cannot touch. The most dangerous tag-team is born.
